How It Works

Step 1: Get Started - Initial Consultation

We'll discuss your requirements, explain the Heredix process and answer any initial question you may have.

Step 2: Receive Your Heredix Preparation Pack

We'll send your Heredix Preparation Pack to help you gather everything we need, together with clear guidance before we prepare your documents.

Step 3: We Prepare Your LPA

We'll prepare your LPA using the information provided, answering any questions along the way and ensuring your documents are completed accurately.

Step 4: Sign with Confidence

We'll post your completed LPA documents to you together with clear signing instructions showing exactly what needs to happen and in what order.

Step 5: Final Document Check

Once your documents have been signed, please send us photographs or scanned copies by email. We'll review them to ensure they have been completed correctly and are suitable for submission to the Office of the Public Guardian

Step 6: Submit for Registration

Once we've confirmed that everything appears to have been completed correctly, you can send your documents to the Office of the Public Guardian for registration.

What's not included

Government registration fees £92 per LPA are payable seperately to the Office of the Public Guardian.
