How It Works
Step 1: Get Started - Initial Consultation
We'll discuss your requirements, explain the Heredix process and answer any initial question you may have.
Step 2: Receive Your Heredix Preparation Pack
We'll send you a simple Heredix LPA Preparation Pack, together with our Client Agreement, to help you gather information and make any key decisions before we meet again.
Step 3: Complete Your LPA Together
We'll complete your LPA together using the information you've provided, ensuring your documents are prepared correctly while answering any questions you may have.
Step 4: Sign with Confidence
We'll provide you with your completed documents, together with clear signing instructions showing exactly what needs to happen and in what order.
Step 5: Final Document Check
Once your documents have been signed, please send us photographs or scanned copies by email. We'll review them to ensure they have been completed correctly and are suitable for submission to the Office of the Public Guardian
Step 6: Submit for Registration
Once we've confirmed that everything appears to have been completed correctly, you can send your documents to the Office of the Public Guardian for registration.
